Valentines Rehabilitation Assisted Living Program: Valentines Recovery Residences

Valentine Rehabilitation offers a Job Opportunity Initiative designed to provide individuals in recovery with a chance to work in a safe, supportive environment. Participants will have access to on-site supervision from Valentine Rehabilitation staff, ensuring immediate support and guidance whenever needed. This initiative aims to foster independence, build professional skills, and promote long-term stability in recovery.

What Jobs do we currently offer?

We are proud to offer a variety of employment opportunities to support our residents in building valuable skills and fostering a sense of purpose. Below are the current job placements available through our initiative:

Paleto Bakery

Located in the heart of Paleto, this charming bakery offers a welcoming and supportive work environment. Job responsibilities include baking, cleaning, customer service, and other essential bakery operations. This role provides a hands-on experience in the culinary field while promoting teamwork and creativity.

Paleto Bay Sawmill

For those interested in more physically demanding work, the Paleto Bay Sawmill provides an opportunity to engage in hands-on labor. Tasks may involve working with heavy machinery and handling raw materials. Due to the nature of the work, we recommend discussing this option with your healthcare provider to ensure it aligns with your physical health and recovery needs. Safety is our top priority.

Harmony Farms

Experience the rewarding nature of farm life at Harmony Farms. Job responsibilities range from plowing farmland and tending to crops to assisting in their on-site store, which sells fresh, locally grown produce. Harmony Farms also operates a community charity, giving workers a chance to contribute to a cause greater than themselves.

Each of these opportunities provides meaningful employment while promoting personal growth, financial responsibility, and community connection. Our team is here to guide you every step of the way. We plan to keep working to add to this list of amazing opportunities!
