Valentines Financial Aid Assistance Program
Valentines Rehabilitation is proud to introduce the Financial Aid Assistance Program, dedicated to helping individuals in recovery who require financial support to continue their healing journey.
What is the Valentines Financial Aid Assistance Program?
The Financial Aid Assistance Program offers financial relief to eligible applicants who are currently enrolled in or seeking to enroll in recovery support services through Valentines Rehabilitation or associated programs. We understand that financial hardship should never be a barrier to recovery, and this initiative is our way of offering a helping hand.
To be considered for financial aid, applicants must meet the following criteria:
• Active Participant: Must currently be enrolled in, or applying to, a Valentines Recovery Program.
• Demonstrated Financial Need: Must show proof of financial hardship.
• Commitment to Recovery: Applicants must show ongoing engagement in their recovery journey.
Interested individuals must complete and submit an application containing the following information:
Required Information:
• Full Legal Name
• Weekly Income (please provide an average and explain how you earn it)
• Current Living Situation (address, type of housing, who you live with, rent/mortgage costs, etc.)
• List of Assets (vehicles, savings accounts, owned property, valuables, etc.)
• Amount of Financial Assistance Requested (how much you need and what it will cover)
• Bank Routing and Account Number (for direct deposit if assistance is approved)
Important: All completed applications must be sent directly to the email of Aurora Valentines for review and consideration.

Current Living Situation:
(What is your current address? Describe whether you rent, own, or stay with others. How much do you pay monthly? How many people live with you, and what are your living conditions like?)
List of Assets:
(Please list any assets you currently own, including vehicles, savings accounts, properties, investment accounts, or items of high value. Be as specific as possible.)
Amount Needed Covered by Center:
(How much money are you requesting? Break down how the funds would be used — for example, rent assistance, program fees, transportation costs, groceries, etc.)
Routing Number and Account Number:
(Provide your banking information where financial aid should be sent if approved. Routing number first, followed by account number.)
Additional Information (Optional but Encouraged):
(Feel free to share anything else about your situation that might help us understand your need for assistance. Examples: unexpected hardships, medical issues, family responsibilities, recovery milestones.)
